Notice is hereby given that the delayed (due to Covid-19) AGM of Balbriggan FC will be held on Tuesday 14th July 2020 in Clubhouse, Bath Road at 8pm.
All members welcome. Full Agenda will be posted in advance but the following two amendments to our constitution are being proposed:

1. That our appointed trustees be empowered to accept our Futsal Hall site & grants from Fingal County Council & The Department of Transport Tourism & Sport & a negotiated loan from Clann Credo for the purpose of building our new Futsal/Indoor Training Hall, on behalf of the members of Balbriggan FC &
2. That in the event of gatherings being suspended that the business of the club may be conducted by electronic means, subject to the minimum number to form a quorum are involved and that all committee members have been advised in advance.
